If you meet the conditions and you're not happy with the result, we refund the guaranteed orders, even if the bottles are empty.

We don't judge the photos. They only show that you followed the routine.

What's covered

Covered

  • The first order of a 3-month plan (Phase 1) or a 6-month plan (Full protocol).
  • Phase 1 followed straight on by Phase 2. Together they count as one run of up to six months.

Not covered

  • Single bottles, also when you buy three single bottles or top up a single bottle later.
  • Orders after month 6. By then you know how Growth Serum works for you.

Why there are 14 extra days

Six months of the routine take about 180 days. A bottle can last a little longer than a month, and most people miss a day here and there, so we give you 14 days on top. Your request is on time if it reaches us within 194 days of your first guaranteed order.

The days count from your first guaranteed order, the first order of your plan, and don't start again with later orders.

How to claim

Write to us with your order number and both photos, through our contact page or at info@skinfairytale.com. We check that the conditions are met, and then we refund the guaranteed orders to the card or account you paid with, within 30 days of receiving your complete request.

If you like, tell us briefly what didn't work for you. It helps us improve.

Each customer can use the guarantee once.

Your photos

We only use your photos to check that one is from the start and one from month 3 or later. We never publish them or use them in advertising without your written permission, and we delete them once your request is settled.

Your legal rights

The guarantee comes on top of your 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies to every order.

The guarantee does not exclude or limit your statutory rights. If a product doesn't conform to the contract, you have legal remedies against the seller, provided by the seller and at the seller's cost.

Full terms
  1. Guarantor. Skin Fairytale d.o.o., Pokopališka pot 5, 4202 Naklo, Slovenia, info@skinfairytale.com.
  2. What it covers. The first order of a Growth Serum 3-month plan (Phase 1) or 6-month plan (Full protocol) from the SkinFairytale online shop, or Phase 1 followed straight on by Phase 2, as one continuous run of up to six months. Single bottles are not covered, also not three single bottles or a single bottle topped up later. Orders after month 6 are not covered.
  3. Conditions. Growth Serum was used every day for at least 90 days. You send a photo of your scalp from the start and one from month 3 or later with your request. Your request reaches us within 180 days of your first guaranteed order, plus a 14-day buffer in case a bottle lasts longer or you miss a few days, so within 194 days in total. The period doesn't start again with later orders.
  4. What we refund. If the conditions are met and you're not happy with the result, we refund what you paid for the guaranteed orders, even if the bottles are empty. One refund per customer.
  5. How to claim. Write to us at info@skinfairytale.com or through the contact page with your order number and both photos. We refund to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving a complete request.
  6. Photos. Used only to check that one photo is from the start and one from month 3 or later, never published or used in advertising without your written permission, deleted once your request is settled.
  7. Territory and duration. Orders delivered in the European Union. 180 days plus the 14-day buffer, counted from your first guaranteed order.
  8. Your statutory rights. The guarantee does not exclude or limit your statutory rights. If the goods don't conform to the contract, you have legal remedies against the seller, provided by the seller and at the seller's cost. Your statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days is not affected.

About the study

Instrumental measurement of hair density with a microcamera (Callegari 1930 Soft Plus). Independent study commissioned by SkinFairytale, n = 10, p = 0.00013 at 6 months. In the study the serum was applied once a day. Results vary between individuals.
