Chickenpox, herpes…
We have probably all encountered this unpleasantness, which is usually called herpes. It is caused by the herpes simplex virus type 1. Not only is it extremely unpleasant, it also looks not very attractive. Even as a little girl, I often had this infection. It always appeared before I got sick, when my immunity dropped. So, I soon knew that I would probably get sick. And even at the seaside, when I was most looking forward to my vacation anyway, it was caused by the heat. It can also be transmitted by drinking from the same glass, kissing... I tried the above tips, pharmacy preparations, natural tips: propolis, honey, garlic, ear butter (this is the most ridiculous, but it really suits many)... Little of it actually helped. I would like to share some tips with you...
I remember my grandmother, who always ran after me with toothpaste… yes, but that was the most effective. Fortunately, I didn’t have any more problems as an adult, probably because I started working on my immune system, which is even more important – in a natural way! I don’t think anyone has ever eaten so many “synthetic” powders for this purpose. And unfortunately, I was only doing myself a disservice by doing so. But unfortunately, no one told me how easy it is and where it actually starts. In the intestines, anyway!
Soon after I opened my own business, I experienced a decline in my immune system again, and exhaustion was definitely a big contributor to that. And I don't need herpes on my lip again. Really unpleasant. And what I've tried now, I can say that it's the perfect combination for me. I hope it helped you too.
The most important thing is to treat it as quickly as possible when you feel a rash on your lip. When I noticed it myself, it was already a small blister. I started by applying tea tree essential oil and ZincBalm to the spots. This is how I dried the blister. I applied tea tree and ZincBalm several times a day. When the blister was dry, I applied a combination of frankincense and lavender essential oils. I applied it to the spots undiluted because I know that I tolerate these two oils well without a base oil. For you, I recommend diluting them in a base or using RashBalm/SOSBalm. RashBalm contains zinc, which will dry and calamine, which will soothe the itching and burning sensation, as well as essential oils of tea tree, lavender, boswellia and patchouli. Sosbalm contains essential oils that have a stronger antiviral effect, which are tea tree, lavender, boswellia and lemongrass.
I hope some of this advice comes in handy when dealing with this unpleasant crack. Away with it! 🙂
