Purchase-related questions

Shopping at SkinFairytale.si is quick and easy! Once you have selected the product, check the desired quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” button. Then you will see the entire cart, where you can click “Complete Purchase” after all the added products and follow the steps to complete the order. You can also make a purchase without registering.

No, you can also make a purchase as a guest. However, if you register, you can track the status of your orders and always have them at hand. We also offer additional benefits for registered customers. 😉

Of course – we hide them here and there on our social media (Instagram stories are the right place 👀). We recommend that you follow us so you don't miss out on any deals!

When completing your order, simply enter the code in the "Discount Code" field and click the "Apply" button. The discount will be automatically deducted from the order value if the code is valid.

Depending on the promotion - sometimes discounts are cumulative, sometimes not. Always check the terms and conditions of each promotion, which will clearly state whether they can be combined.

When completing your purchase, enter the code you received by email in the discount code field. The voucher amount will be automatically deducted from the value of your order.

Yes, all payments are made through secure and verified providers. We use secure connections and do not store your card information. Your security is important to us!

Questions related to orders

You can cancel your order yourself in your user profile (if you registered when placing your order). You can also call us at 040 627 644 or write to us at skladisce@skinfairytale.si, and we will arrange the cancellation for you.

You can change the delivery address immediately after placing your order - call us as soon as possible at 040 627 644 or write to us at skladisce@skinfairytale.si so that we can intercept the package in time and correct the information before it leaves us.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the payment method after placing an order. If you have any problems, please contact us and together we will find the best solution.

Yes, in most cases you can! Please call us as soon as possible on 040 627 644, and we will check if it is still possible to adjust your order.

The status "pending" means that we are still waiting for payment confirmation or additional information. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at 040 627 644 or skladisce@skinfairytale.si - we will quickly check what the problem is.

Of course, write your wishes in the comment and we will hold the package in the warehouse until your desired shipping date. Since the package will be prepared in advance, GLs delivery service will send a message with the package details, but the package will still be shipped on the desired date.

Delivery related questions

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This way you can track your package at any time via the GLS system.

We will send you a tracking number to your email address immediately after we ship your package. If you cannot find the message, please check your spam folder or contact us.

The delivery cost in Slovenia is currently €3.90, but may change from time to time. The exact amount will always be displayed at the checkout.

Of course! For all orders over €50, delivery in Slovenia is completely free.

We ship packages with the GLS courier service, which ensures fast and reliable delivery.

We ship your order within 1-3 business days after receiving your payment. GLS usually delivers your package the next business day.

We currently do not offer personal pickup of orders. All products are delivered to your address via GLS courier service.

Yes, we also ship abroad - currently to European Union countries, which you select from the drop-down menu when entering your package delivery information.

Yes – all packages are safely and carefully packed to ensure the product remains undamaged during transport. We use protective materials suitable even for sensitive products.

Questions related to returns

Unfortunately, returns of opened and used products are not possible, except in the case of a justified complaint (e.g. damaged product or manufacturing defect). If you have a problem, please contact us - we will always try to help you.

You can return an unopened, unused, and undamaged product within 14 days of receiving the package. Send us a message at skladisce@skinfairytale.si to arrange a return.

If the product is not as it should be, please send us an e-mail within 8 days of receiving the package with a brief description of the problem and attached photos. We will handle the complaint and get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.

Yes – most of our products have safety packaging (e.g. protective films or seals), but the method of protection depends on the type of product.

After receiving the returned product and confirming that it is in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price to your bank account or in the form of a coupon that you can use on your next order. Refunds are usually made within 7 business days of the return being approved.

No, our products are not tested on animals – neither we as a brand nor our ingredient suppliers do this. Although we do not have an official cruelty-free certificate, we are a Slovenian cosmetics company that respects European legislation, where testing of cosmetics on animals is prohibited. Our focus is on quality ingredients and formulas that are effective, gentle and safe.

Yes, on the website we sell exclusively our own SkinFairytale products, which we develop with love, expertise and attention to the needs of sensitive skin.

When the product is back in stock, we will announce it on our website and social media. Alternatively, you can sign up for notifications directly on the product page - you will receive an email notification as soon as the product is back in stock.

We do not currently offer testers or samples. However, most of our products are designed to bring a feeling of comfort and relief to the skin from the first use.

Of course! Our products are specially developed with sensitive and atopic skin in mind. We especially recommend ZincBalm, AtopicLotion, AtopicBalm and AtopicCream, which are extremely popular with users with these problems.

Yes, all SkinFairytale products are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The formulas are carefully formulated without potentially harmful ingredients.

Yes, all of our products are suitable for use on children. The formulas are gentle, skin-friendly and free of unnecessary irritants. The only product we recommend for use on children over 2 years of age is RenewCream, due to possible reactions to essential oils.
